Make ubuntu one sync folders on another partiton?

I use Ubuntu in a dual-boot environment with windows 7, and keep my files on a partition both OS'es can access. The problem is, I recently realized that Ubuntu one is only syncing my Documents in my home folder! Is there any way around that? If not, does anyone know of another free cloud service?
