    Keystroke hang on Ubuntu 11.10

    Hi,
I have a piculiar problem which I couldn't find any solution through some googling. Here it is-
when I type, sometimes no keystroke is taken from keyboard. For example, when I browse on google chrome , I cannot type the gmail's to, subject form. Likewise, I cannot type on codeblocks or eclipse sometimes.
However there is an odd solution too. If I switch to other open application and switch back again to where I was, It work for some few moments, then stalls again.

Please help me, I'm really suffering with this.

Note: I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 32bit on Dell inspiron 1564

I got solution. It's happening due to another application, SCIM. When I exit SCIM it seems ok. Don't know why.....
