[SOLVED] Mouse stops moving on keyboard input.

Hello all, not sure if I am posting this in the right place... Whenever I press a key on my keyboard while moving the mouse at the same time, the pointer will be stuck until I release the key. Same thing happens if I hold down the "squeeze" button on the mouse while moving it. It's quite annoying.. It's a Mighty Mouse.

The keyboard that I use is a old G3 IMac Keyboard(love them), you know the colorful ones .. I tried with a PC keyboard as well and It's the same problem. Sadly that keyboard is barely usable.

I use a white 06 c2d imac.
