WoW hotfix won't apply

I'm running WoW through WINE on Ubuntu 10.10, and having some issues with it. The 4.0.6 patch applied fine yesterday, but today I started up (from Wow.exe, not the launcher) and it told me I needed to update, so I clicked the restart button and nothing happened. WoW.exe keeps telling me that I need to update, Blizzard Updater.exe tells me there's no patch file and Launcher.exe won't run at all. Any ideas? Anyone else having this problem?


Edit: For some reason, rebooting three times and swearing at my machine fixed the problem.

Also, Launcher.exe ran fine yesterday.

I had to run wow repair to fix mine after update. This was on my work laptop, I'll have to see if the update messes up my home computer install.
