Question Student with LD needs info on TTS software

    Hi folks,
I'm a university student with learning disabilities and I was wondering if there are any good/decent equivalent programs like kurzweil 3000? Obviously it would be great if I could get something that has anywhere near the features of this (OCR, Scanning, Clipboard, cut/paste/save as Doc/PDF/most text formats, good tts platform/voices etc.) I understand that this is a lot to ask for in opensource, and I'll gladly take any suggestions. Another program I found had a good overall reader was Ivona, so anything like this would be great. Also any programs like dragon naturally speaking would be appreciated as well.

    Thanks in advance,
    Cheers,
    P

I know this has been asked before but things constantly get developed so perhaps things have changed.
