    No samba files after upgrade

    Upgraded a vanilla 7.10 to 8.04

    Now I still see Samba machines on my network, but they appear to have no content - no folders, no files.

    Any ideas?

    I can't access my samba either - I get prompted for a password, but when I give it, (there's actually NO login or password for this particular share) it just asks for my password again. I'm kinda stuck.
