Re: Ubuntu 11.10 & VNC Access
By default, Ubuntu installs a VNC server on your machine. You do not need to install any additional software to be able to access your computer with a VNC client. However, the VNC server is disabled by default.
You can set up your VNC server by going to your Dash Home, and typing in "Desktop Sharing." This will open your VNC server configuration. Configure it the way you want, and you will then be able to access your machine with a VNC client.
