Hi! Could you provide more information about the problem with your onboard graphics? If you're using the latest version of Ubuntu, that should be supported out of the box. Check "Additional Drivers" and see if there is something that needs to be installed. (It might require a restart.)

Intel provides open source graphics drivers for its GPUs, except GMA500. I'd also like to know what's wrong with Intel(R) 945G Express.
