Ok the solution was much simpler then I thought

Edgy comes without ia32 libraries - so acatually I couldn't run any 32bit application. After I had installed then

Code:

sudo apt-get install ia32-libs lib32asound2 lib32ncurses5 ia32-libs-sdl ia32-libs-gtk gsfonts gsfonts-x11 linux32

All works perfectly well.
I had installed Flash 9 using latest rpms - 0.9.90.4 and flash works well in both FF and Epipany including sound and video in YouTube.
