GTK: http://merlin.ugent.be/lunar/gtk+-2.tar.gz

Installation instructions:

1. lunar set ZLOCAL_OVERRIDES on
2. copy both tarballs to /var/lib/lunar/moonbase/zlocal
3. untar them
4. lin -c gtk+-2 xfce4-macmenu-plugin
