Glad it works still!
Confirmed working. I tested the patch on my wife's netbook. No more tap to click and my palms don't cause the typing to go nuts anymore. Big hands little keyboard = bad.
What about disabling while typing? And disabling tap to click?
And tried upgrading my wifes Acer Aspire One to 11.04 and it does have touchpad settings...that don't work. If you disable touch to click it still ends up reading clicks if you don't press hard when...
How is this solved? Still exists on a new install of 10.10 with updates.
I like fuzzy flakes, but Ubuntu screen savers in general lack options, and a pink background sucks for snowflakes.
Would be nice to let it run for winter ambiance.
Ya got me on that one, I'm not that familiar with the cli. I would try making your own thread on that one since we are working in a 2+ year old thread. Hopefully someone else has that knowledge.
I'd have to check the manual for eyeD3 but I believe the first "*" is for all sub directories within a main directory. I just went to my "Music" folder in terminal and ran it and it covered all sub...

I know this is an old thread, but I agree with the above, the Title is misleading.
This SOLVED the embedded image problem for me.

I had a lot of messed up album art from years of itunes, windows and other media players.
I finally found out how to get rid of all the album artwork. Now I've started all over doing it right.
Should work. I just use a MS optical wheel mouse with an upgraded LED. :) Instead of glowing evil red, it glows clean super bright white!
I had that problem years ago playing FPS's with a Logitech wireless optical mouse. Switched to a high DPI corded optical mouse and all has been well since.
Any luck? I'm in the same boat. Same model. The touchpad options are there but do nothing.
Wow, just found this. Maybe this should be a little easier for the end user. How would I have known to right click?! I've been checking everywhere and clicking everywhere. Think of people like my...
Just installed Lucid on my wife's new 532h. Had to set the wifi to auto connect, but otherwise it's been working great. As far as I can tell from my research, the wifi issue has been resolved. ...
As mentioned above - NAEV http://code.google.com/p/naev/
I used to play Solar Winds all the way through many times.
I've got a similar issue. I edited my bottom panel to turn it into a "dock". After reboot, it appeared on top of my top dock and would not let me move it to bottom. I tried selecting "bottom" and...
Please use Thread Tools and mark as Solved.
Like stated above, use the driver pulled by jockey (Administration > Hardware Drivers).
I too tried the 10.4 catalyst from ATI's site and had boat loads of overheating and slowness. The fglrx...
You could try what is suggested in this old post:
Hope that helps!
After some research, we don't have the same issue. Mine was fixed by un-installing the catalyst driver from ATI's website and using the fglrx driver in the repos.
It looks like you have a Radeon...
Same exact error here trying to run Neverwinter Nights. Ran fine on Lucid 32bit, but not on 64bit.

Banned for making me think of hairy bikers!
Crazy as it sounds, I actually play Urban Terror without a mouse if I'm in the crapper. Aim may not be as good, but it works.
