    Hi

    I've just installed Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.10 on my girlfriends Acer Aspire One 150 ZG5, and the internal microphone is giving me problems.

  2. [ubuntu] Re: [SOLVED] How to remove universal access from notification area ..

    Thanks for the solution. There really should be a right click context menu to remove the icon though. It's not very user friendly as it is now.

    Re: Dungeon Master Tools for Linux

    Thank you very much. It sounds like it's exactly what I'll need. It's pretty weird that it hasn't come up in any of my searches... It seems to be a pretty old (in a good way), but popular tool.

    How about a guide to get IRDA syncing to work?

    Online Poker

    The only thing keeping my brother of Linux, is online poker. He mainly plays at ladbrokes, but a couple of other sites too... I'm running a 64-bit system, and my 32-bit chroot is pretty fubar, so...

    Re: what's your fgl_glxgears output

    Heh, I guess this is proof that the nVIDIA drivers are somewhat more stable and optimized than the fgl drivers.

    My output using a Radeon 9800 pro:

    $ fgl_glxgears
    2950 frames in 5.0 seconds =...

    Thanks for pointing that out. I was ready to pull my hair out, when I couldn't find any of the mono packages in backports (I'm running the AMD64 distro).

    Hmm, yea... Entirely black isn't right though, but it's getting there. A dark-ash-brown colour might do the trick. Thanks for your feedback :).

    Re: Ubuntu Audioscrobbler sig

    It wasn't for use on this forum, I just dig the Ubuntu colour scheme ;). Transperrant background isn't really an option until IE gets proper support (*sigh*).
