I found the trick, on my firewall log it showed the you need to enable the firewall incomeing from 1900 to 1901, so
sudo ufw allow proto udp from 192.168.0.0/24 port 1900 to any port 1901

Can't you try it on a virtual machine? VirtualBox for example, it provide EFI(not sure if it is UEFI) boot, test it with that it will gives you more information, then play with real motherboard.
