    I inadvertantly removed the partition 2 (1K) in
    System Settings -> Advanced -> Disk & Filesystem

    Of cource, now the system won't boot. Is there a way to put it back?

    Thanks for the help. Yes I need to have a odd-ball baurdrate and must compile the driver. I will look for the libusb and us the usb.h. If it works I'll let you know.

    I am fairly new to Linux. I have an issue trying to compile a ftdi_sio usb serial driver. The Linux/usb/serial.h header does not contain the correct structures for usb_serial_driver...
