    since updating from FF 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 FF behaves likes a fresh install everytime I'm starting it.
    ubuntuzilla notified me about the update, I quit FF 3.0.2, started it with sudo, let it...

    So far I only had a chance to check if it's just my machine or not:
    On a colleague's 7.10 installation within the same network segment the exactly same happens:


    $ w3m -dump...

    I further checked if there's a difference in using ftp or http.
    Since http worked for a quick and dirty workaround I changed the protocol identifier for executionstring in line 389 of the script...

    I can't update to 3.0.1 on 7.10 and get the same timeout with this command like as with the script [4.5.2]
    I tried a couple of things (to see if it's a network related thing etc.) and...
