i ran the command once, it deleted what it was supposed to, then i ran it again and received the same msg you did, so i guess that means they are already deleted.

if only one key is doing it, i would say it is a hardware problem. if a lot or all keys are doing it, i would say it is a software problem.

what you are calling the "top bar" is the menu bar (with file, edit, history, etc.) there should be a title bar ABOVE that one that shows the name of the website you are viewing followed by "-Mozilla...
if you are "building a game rig" then my "suggestion" would be to run Windows.
if all you plan to do on it is play Windows native games, then do it in Windows.
