Orta doesn't need to put anything in /usr/share it just gives you the option to do so if you wan't to install it for all users. You can install everything locally, including the configuration app....

The colors are changeable, so you will be able to set it to whatever you prefer :)

After two years on inactivity i got the urge to create something new. It will share some elements with my previous theme (Azel), but it will also look more KDEish, with softer shadows, gradients etc....

Search for globalmenu

globalmenu is now updated to vala v0.6.0 .

The patch doesn't apply cleanly because it's for a different gtk version than the one included in gutsy. Here is a modified patch that works :

For some reason the new svn versions don't install the server file.

Copy your theme to the /usr/share/themes directory or to /root/themes .

First, uninstall everything globalmenu related. If the applet is running , open system monitor, kill it and when there is a prompt, select don't reload.
