I have tried that one as well on my last search. Still not connecting.
I have looked at the "Additional Drivers" utility. There is indeed a driver for the wireless device but, apparently, activating or deactivating it doesn't seem to make any difference.
I've searched these keywords here and didn't and nothing worked. I'm afraid that my Ubuntu installation might have to much garbage due to so many tries to fix this =/
