  3. Re: Need Expert advice how to proceed, newbie level user.

Alright, let's start from beginning, as I said only the first error makes sense, following errors are usually just meaningless as they are the result of first one. In this case, however, the first...

    [ubuntu_studio] Re: No sound???

ALSA provides low level sound driver, JACK is sound...

[ubuntu] Re: Accessing USB hard drives over a network

You misunderstood, dealing with local filesystem is the job for local OS. The only filesystem support needed from your nettop is NFS - network file system. Your Mac has to be able to read those...

    [SOLVED] Re: IFS question

Yes, and that's a great thing, you do not need to reboot just to reset to defaults. As a matter of fact, a true multiuser system would not function in any other way.

  15. [ubuntu] Re: How to Schedule button to be clicked at a certain time?

That I do not know, however, a cronjob can execute foo --begin.
Maybe I should explain. In Linux/UNIX world apps take command line options. Whatever you need to execute there probably is a CLI...

    Re: 32 or 64 bit
