    Would this point to sda1 (the Hd that ubuntu server is running from) having problems?

    It was an old drive I've used to build my server. The one with all the media on is a new 2TB drive.

    Sorry man, I meant I don't have a copy of the original .conf file. However, I'm also not 100% sure how I created it. I was using a guide for Webmin.
