    I suspect that an accident happened with one of the automated mail processing machines that ripped open the package and the contents were lost inside the machine or in shipping between destinations....

    Yes - I frequently have those falling dreams, but I never hit the ground. Sometimes it's fun and sometimes it's terrifying. No idea why. I hate heights now. Didn't have a problem as a child though.

    To get the 3d desktop to work correctly, just replace the single hypen before the view parameter with two dashes - must delete the hypen and then add the dashes. Works...
