    Great post. You may need a last a "sudo service apache2 restart" to enable the rules (after enabling the rules). I assume the config is only read when it's loaded.

    Add my vote to similar people having the problem after upgrade. My setup uses two mirrored SATA data drives. Operating system is on another drive completely. I did have some upgrade issues...
