I know that the Sid Meier's game "Alpha Centauri" is available for Linux. Is there a PPA for it? I would love to play it.

I have tried every key and key combination. I really wish someone would turn their focus to creating a turn based, Sid Meier style game that doesn't look like it's free for ubuntu.

I only have metacity installed. I haven't even tried it with compiz. Don't want to try it.

I used Istanbul to record what I am talking about. I just don't have a place where I can upload the file to.

I don't have compiz on and I am not running the game in fullscreen. The game switches between regular and fulscreen with each click of the mouse.
