Just letting you know I've had issues with both your 8814 driver and the aircrack 8814 driver on this machine.

They both recognised this as a wifi dongle, but only went to 2.4GHz...

Confiriming this worked on an rtl8812bu chip in a 1200AC wifi adapter on ubuntu 20.10 as a non-LTS release 19/5/2021.

I'm in Windows at the moment, will boot across into Ubuntu and let you know the settings.
