Re: Default GCC flags on Ubuntu

Turning of -Werror is definitely not an option. Most of the co-workings are on Debian stable. One's actually on Ubuntu 11.04 still as well, which DOES use an older version of gcc, but I've definitely...

    Re: Left 4 Dead Zombie!

Reverting to wine 1.0.1-ubuntu6 from the ubuntu repos fixed the problem for me. Looks like there's a patch for 1.1.23 in that bug's comments but it'll probably be 2 more releases til it's merged in,...

This is happening to me too ever since the kernel update this morning. Both TF2 and L4D have the same problem. They've both worked fine for months previously.

  11. Re: btnx: Send keyboard and mouse combination events with mouse buttons

    Daou,

Thanks a lot for all your work on btnx. It's working great for me on Hardy, except that I can't X to stop grabbing the button events from my MX Revolution. I am using your suggested...

Edit: Nevermind, apparently that was an illusion. :(
  13. Re: btnx: Send keyboard and mouse combination events with mouse buttons

I'm still having X catch my keys on Hardy. Here's my xorg.conf. Both of the Device options give the same result. I'm on 0.4.10 / config-0.4.9.

    Re: hl2 loading screen hang

Huzzah! I'm another happy user after trying this solution. I still had this problem on 0.9.48, and win98 mode fixes it. Thanks!
  17. Re: btnx: Send keyboard and mouse combination events with mouse buttons

Well, this makes the thumb buttons send whatever other codes I map to 2 and 3, but it makes the actual right and middle click buttons send them as well, meaning I can no longer right or middle click...
