It sounds like you are running the disk live.When it has loaded there should be a Install shortcut on the desktop.It will take more than 9 minutes to completely install.

Try downloading Gparted iso disk and running it at startup and formatting one of the disks and then reloading what you want.
Well it,s not ipv6. I took the disk inside and tried it on my main computer (hard wired to the router) and the internet worked fine.So it must be that it doesn't like wireless.
