Again, it's root permissions, even though your doing administrative tasks it's root permissions. ;)
Yes all the Redhat distros...
Redhat, Centos and Fedora let you do this.
Enabling the root user in Ubuntu/Mint/Debian is really easy
but it's against the rules to post that here. :)
I really like Fedora but I don't really...
I just setup Nvidia drivers for 260GTX.
I downloaded the driver from http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Not everyone wants to use proprietary drivers but it worked fine :)
If you want to go that...
I'm studying for the RHCE.
I use Centos for that, many people don't recommend using Fedora for that

Do you know what log I can look at to see what's happening ?...
192.168.1.2:/volume1/X-Linux-Home /mnt/nfs/home/ nfs rw,hard,intr,rsize=8192,wsize=8192,timeo=14 0 0
Works fine when I manually run it...
Hi, I have a question about nfs in fstab.
It works fine and maps it right away if I run sudo mount -a
This is a pain since my home folder is on the nfs. :)
So any ideas what the issue could be ?...
Good thread, great read, thanks.
It crashes on my computer as well.
I can see that this bug is more then a year old.
Why hasn't this been fixed ?
I don't like the network-manager and don't use it.
I'm not running the command as...
