Ok, someone poked me about this and I couldn't find any tools to do this, so I wrote my own. It is probably incomplete/buggy/etc.

I'd like to know this, too. I'm trying to migrate all my files from EXT to NTFS, but Ubuntu's choking on the symlinks. NTFS supports symlinks just fine, and Link Shell Extension is smart about...
That part seems difficult. :)
Don't look fixed to me.

Wow, really? That's a pretty odd thing for a leader of "open" software to say...
Voting on design decisions would seem to be the right way to do it. A lot better than a handful of (qualified?)...
Well it was a pretty safe bet. :D That's the wonderful world of open source...
Don't confuse "solution" with "workaround".

One of the most controversial changes in Lucid was the movement of the window management buttons from the "Windows positions" on the right corner to the "OS X positions" on the left corner.

Qalculate is great, but I'd like a Windows port, too. AndLinux doesn't work under 64-bit Windows. :/
Another possibility is running a virtual machine and running Qalculate using Xming or NX to...
Is that only in Lucid?
Yeah. Don't ever upgrade within a few months of an Ubuntu release. What are you, crazy? You might as well be a beta tester. ...
That's only for VNC or SSH, not RDP
Mine's doing this, too. Is it possible to press "Skip"?
That's fine, but it's the opposite of my experience. I used to use Windows, and I switched to Ubuntu several years ago. Initially when I crossed to Ubuntu, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it...
I already did that in March.

this has worked fine for me for years, but now one account disconnects and says "not authorized" while the other works fine. empathy says authentication failed
That removes everything from the panel!
I've been running Ubuntu for a few years, and have been growing increasingly frustrated with it.
At work, I've been running Windows 7 for a few months, and it's really great in comparison.

Reporting bugs is a lot of work, and basically futile. Unless you expect everyone to go to school for computer science for 4 years, it's not something we can fix. So we try to do the right thing...
Eyeball 1.0 works there with Video 4 Linux 2, but not in Skype. Eyeball 2.0 doesn't work in either.
They work in Cheese, but only at some of the resolutions that are listed in Preferences. ...
Really? Blue Eyeball doesn't work in Linux for me. Why did he recommend it?
That's pretty weird, because now I'm seeing this message in VirtualBox 3.1.6 and Karmic as the guest. It doesn't seem solved to me.
