All the startup entries in the list only have gear icons and no application icons. The icons don't matter - the programs will autostart based on the program name you enter.

On your desktop go to Settings (cog icon at the top right of the screen) and click Startup Applications. Click Add, and enter the program name and command to start knemo. Click Add to add to the list...
