  1. [ubuntu] Can't load 13.04 on Dell XPS12 Convertible.

    Hi,

Need help. I have a new Dell XPS12 Convertible but I can't load Ubuntu 13.04 without setting acpi=off.

Does anyone have any help to work out how to get this laptop loading without acpi=off?...

    Hi,

Anyone with a Sentelic touchpad tried the new 3.2.0-23.37 kernel yet? It is supposed to include patches to recognise it as a touchpad not a mouse.

Does it also add scrolling support?

    Hi Aaron,

I have the same outputs as you but my noob-ishness means I don't know where to put the scripts.

    Can you advise?

It's not the suspend script, it's the power optimisation script, in /etc/pm/power.d not /etc/pm/sleep.d, I was under the impression that if it was in /etc/pm/power.d it would run at boot.

Re: I found Lubuntu images here

    Hi Phill,

That roadmap has A2 scheduled for 7th July. The updated Ubuntu schedule has A2 as 30th June.

Do you know if Lubuntu A2 going to be 7th July or 30th June?

    Cheers,

Is Lubuntu now on the same release schedule as Ubuntu and other derivatives?

I.E. will the Lubuntu A2 be available June 30th?

    Thanks for your response.

I tried searching and the only thing that came up for "Intel 4965" in search was about ndiswrapper.
