When it's on the floor it will be on the second floor, so the only flood would be me spilling something. I would be a 1/2 inches off the floor on some wooden blocks kinda like normal cases are....

A kill-a-watt looks good. Probably if a part breaks then it wouldn't be replaced. But the two proliant servers are identical so could keep one as a spare. They have two power supplies (one backup)...
