  2. [ubuntu] Re: Not enough space for updates on /boot

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, not so straight forward:

  3. [ubuntu] Re: Not enough space for updates on /boot

    Thank you for the reply. Given the output of uname -r, I guess 33 has not been installed:

    $ uname -r
    3.13.0-32-generic

    So, it will be safe to run the command? Thank you

    Suffice to say, I ran

    sudo apt-get clean

    It did not solve the problem. I did a bit of googling in order that I might be able to...

    [ubuntu] Re: 32bit or 64nit?

    I have a decent nvidia card in another machine, I might be able to um, switch it out and make this one a bit more beefy. That would be nice.

    Thanks again.

    [ubuntu] Re: Reinstalling and keeping ssh keys

    [ubuntu] Re: 32bit or 64nit?

    Ah, I read it on the download page - but I clearly was not concentrating. I just rechecked and it says if you have 2gb or less. I am sure the wording was different a few weeks ago?

    Thank you for...

  15. [ubuntu] Re: Problems with ftp (connect to server) 12.04

    You know what, I don't know ;P

    I previously was using GUFW with default allow all out. But decided that perhaps I should tighten things up a bit.
