I had Nautilus in 'Tree' mode on the left hand side. As a result it wasn't showing "Browse Network". I put it to "Places" and it became visible.

Hmm... When i right click on the icon in the left hand column in nautilus i do not get an option to edit or rename it.

I can only rename the files within the drive, bu not the drive it self.

Will this work without using the guide I posted in the OP?

Secondly, is it possible to rename the drive as it appears in the left column in Nautilus?
