I just formatted my exterla usb to ext2 but once done I cannot create any files/folders or copy anything onto the drive?
Is this a permissions problem?
I tried chmod to 777 but that doesn't work....

HP only seem to have drivers for the J410a.
Where can OI get the drivers for this for Linux?

The wireless keeps dropping every 25 seconds and asks for reauthentication.
I don;t get this on other computers so it sounds like a driver issue.
Any ideas what to try to fix it?

Here's the weird thing.
When I play it from my main desktop on xbmc (more powerful), I have to delay the audio by 1.5 secs right from the beginningof the program and it stays in sync for the 1hr...

Could this be a problem?

using xbmc and most of the other videos play in sync it's just this one season of videos that I downloaded that everything has to be synced back at the start of each episode.

Well, it's immediately out of sync from the start of the program/video so it's not slowly going out of sync...I slow it down by 0.150s and then it stays in sync for the whole program. What would...

I have some folders in /home/user/Videos/Films
I want to move these onto the new drive but as xbmc and other folder point to this, can I put a symlink in there instead...
