use the mount command when you go to the places network...
when you mount it it will aper on the desktop as a local folder...

I have windows server with cobol programs on it...also on same network i have several ubuntu work stations ,i need to acess folders on windows server with dos box...
like i mount my local folders...
same as in ms dos...you need to find compiler and put it in to folder whre your cobol programs are,,,,

after this morning update network started working....
now i have aces to all shared folders...

i tried already commander,krusader,interesting thing is that same problem is both on automatic and manual ip ...
the machine..in this case win server works with all computers on the network with no problem...only with ubuntu...
every folder is properly shared and work group is the same like on the ubuntu...

you need to import your subs in some editor and adjust offset

there is a free software caled subtitle workshop has option for merge subtitles...with him you can edit it later or adjust ofset
cdr files... you can import them to inkscape and you will get full editing options...just tryd to open cdr file created with corel x5...everything works great...
inkscape is very good tool...
