@riyasmp You can't use hardware acceleration right now. The Linux ATI driver doesn't properly support hybrid graphics systems. Sadly the open source ATI driver doesn't support hardware acceleration...
I'm using a HP Envy 14 right now and it has the same issue with the clickpad. The post above is the right way to go.
I made it a bit easier and made a tutorial on my blog.

Perhaps the drivers for the ATI card are not installed? Also I believe that right now you still need to restart the xserver in order for the cards to switch. I'm still looking into this on my Hp Envy...
