by using the {execi...} command you can use the formatting like that in a template
right in here

you can add this as an option to conkyRhythmbox
-n, --nounknownoutput
Turn off unknown output such as "Unknown" for title
and "0:00" for length....
what version of conky are you running?
if it is just from the hardy repos, you may need to compile the next version from sourceforge.
