    Just cruising the internet. Shockwave crashes are rather frequent as well. Another time when it occasionally happens is when I try updates and the updater fails.

    Ubuntu has been failing for me constantly. I don't know how to handle this. I trie to upgrade through the gui and through the terminal and they both fail. Here's my latest fail. Can anyone help?

    one big problem remaining apparently. GRUB 2 has preempted my bios. I can go into my bios and change my boot order and all to boot off my USB first but it pretty much ignores that and goes into GRUB....
