It is set up with a dnssd address which automatically finds the right IP. I can print fine from Lubuntu. The address is ddnssd://Brother%20HL-2270DW%20series._pdl-datastream._tcp.local/address
Using the CUPS web interface, I enabled sharing for my Brother HL-2270DW laser printer. My iPod Touch sees the printer and I know it's driver is configured correctly because is shows the double-sided...

Glad to help. Good luck and have fun.
Welcome to the Ubuntu Forums!

It also says at the bottom of that file:

Yes, I agree with olfred and at_first_light. You need to try to get into Windows how olfred has described and turn off "Fast Startup" a.k.a. "Hibernating without keeping you logged in when you click...
Could it be related to my graphics drivers? I am using the Intel Graphics Installer 1.0.5 for Linux 14.04 32-bit. I have an Intel Integrated Graphics Chipset 915GM. I definitely have the right driver...
Yes, the partition table types will need to match. However, Ubuntu should handle this itself with no problem. Also, throughout the file uploaded, it talks about an MBR or msdos (same thing) partition...
Yes, BootInfo would probably be a good idea. However, because you can't mount the NTFS partition, it might be damaged or partly corrupted. You will need to repair it sometime. This is probably why...
I am running Windows 8 on an old Dell Latitude D620 (as I write this post) that definitely doesn't have UEFI on it. Also, Ubuntu simply wouldn't work if it needed UEFI and didn't get it, not Windows...

Well, I found UnderstandingSuspend and DebuggingKernelSuspend on the Ubuntu Wiki. It outlined some ways for finding problems. Again, I will say that the X desktop seems alright since I can VNC to it...
I know it's old, but a lot of posts and blogs linked there. Is there a newer solution (yet)?
Which log files are related to suspending/waking up?
Basically, my computer suspends correctly. However, when it wakes up, I get a blank screen on both my TV and laptop screen (the TV one should be on). No cursor or anything. I know that it wakes up...
I have an iPod Touch 5th generation and found some apps that turn it into an IP Camera. I saw some guides online on how to use an app that uses HTTP Streaming, but it didn't work and would always say...
Would it be possible to install GNOME Desktop on top of XBMCbuntu in a way so that I could switch between them at boot or login? Would I need to install regular Ubuntu and then install XBMCbuntu on...
I'm starting to think... Is this really worth the trouble? Should I just get a USB SDHC Card Reader?
Thanks, but I can't do anything until I know what that path is referring to and how to edit it correctly. Please re-read my entire post.
