The easy way to rescue undamaged .wav files is with "copy&paste" command.
Steps:
1. Insert the damaged music CD disc and mount it.

Insert the same damaged music CD disc, without mounting it.
$ mkdir ~/Downloads/Test_folder_4
$ cd ~/Downloads/Test_folder_4/
$ ls
no output. It is an empty folder...
Performed following test
1. Install Brasero
2. Insert the damaged music CD
3. Start Brasero -> Copy a CD > select the damaged music CD
It just hangs on screen without much progress. Please...

For good music CD disc
$ cp -r /run/user/1000/gvfs/cdda:host=sr0 ~/Downloads/Test_folder_3/
$ ls Downloads/Test_folder_2/
'cdda:host=sr0'
$ ls Downloads/Test_folder_2/cdda\:host\=sr0/
This is an old music CD

Let me try a working music CD disc first.

If the music CD disc is working without problem of scratches, I can copy all track.wav files with copy&paste command seamlessly. This is a damaged music CD disc. I can't do it in the same way..

It is very strange.
File Manager shows all tracks of the problem Audio Disc but no mount point could be found. Please see attached screenshots

23 divided by 32CDs = 0.71875G
for 500 music CDs

If I need the copied music CD files in .flac format, I just run your command on your previous posting with "abcde", not nessary downloading .wav files and then converting...
I can convert the .wav file to .mp3 file running
$ ffmpeg -i Track-1.wav -vn -ar 44100 -ac 2 -b:a 192k Track-1.mp3
the size of file reduced from 55.1MB to 7.5MB
Both .wav file (download)...
Yes, the exact format .wav as on CD.
I can play all of them on computer without problem. This way of operation makes my work much easier. Wonderful.
