I'd personally be a bit weary about advising that, especially with the default firewall settings being set to ACCEPT on all chains. This is more for those who plan on using public access points...

Stealth ports just make your IP appear as if no one "lives" there, but even then there are ways for a persistant attacker to know if that is true...
