i have had this laptop for at least a year now. Its suspend on one distribution of ubuntu a while ago worked. Maybe i should try a few test installs of some older versions and see what has changed.

i have no idea. Have the same computer with the same issue.

Alright, I've looked through forums for a while now and can't seem to find a fix. It isn't a major issue for me, but its just outright IMPRACTICAL whenever i want to use my mic.

:confused: Yeah I have the same make and inevitably the same problem. I was hoping that this would have more posts. I've been doing some surfing, but to no avail. Sorry that I cant be of some help.
