I have an ATI RADEON X600 256MB HYPERMEMORY video card. I'm using the restricted driver and installed it through the restricted drivers manager.

I recently installed Mupen the N64 Emulator and the FPS are terrible. I get around an avg of 7fps. I tried changing the plugins around and it did nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.
