Try this repo for 180.29:
https://launchpad.net/~anders-kaseorg/+archive/ppa
Reinstall the package from this webpage:

I use "wine" to play CS and its much better than cedega. Here is a howto:
http://www.linux-gamers.net/modules/wiwimod/index.php?page=HOWTO+Steam&back=HOWTO+INDEX+Wine+Games
You have to uninstall you old point2play and then install the new cedega as root. Cedega 5.0 will find your games and put them back ind cedega 5.0.
Note that dvddecrypter should be set with nt4.0 and NOT winXP option.
Nice you trick also works with dvddecrypter. Thanks:)
It`s nearly "to easy", a really nice tool witch setup your newly installed ubuntubox i 20 minutes.
When i install wine 0.9 in SUSE 10 everything works (cd/dvd drives) with dvdshrink and dvddecrypter. So how come it dont work in ubuntu ??
Why is this thread not in the sticky ones like "Automatix".
I can only convert between ogg and wav:(
I need "lame" to get the scribt going. I dont have it in apt, where can i get it.
Is it balckdown java or sun java i installe with automatix ?
I have no problems at all, everything work the right way.
I have nothing to do with the "easy ubuntu" projekt. It`s KEYES`s projekt and now he also have made PLF ubuntu, a very nice projekt indeed !
I have tryed to use them with online radio and DVD-movies, i find these files work better than those from:
ftp.nerim.net or ftp://cipherfunk.org
With libdvdcss2 from...
I am not a part of the PLF projekt. But it looks like they want people to help them build packages.
Everythin works, but of course i can not gareentee anyting.
Ubuntu PLF want your support. Read on here:
http://placelibre.ath.cx/keyes/index.php/2005/10/14/56-plf-ubuntu-meeting-summary
How to add extra repositories, type:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
in a terminal and add these lines:
deb http://antesis.freecontrib.org/mirrors/ubuntu/plf/ breezy free non-free
deb-src...
If tou have tecknical skills, and want to spent some time making packages, then PLF ubuntu is a good place to do it.
W32codec is NOT a problem anymore. Add these serveres, from PLF ubuntu, to your source list:
http://wiki.ubuntu-fr.org/doc/plf
If you wanna help, keyes who made "easy ubuntu, try to create a "ubuntu P.L.F" mirror.
http://placelibre.ath.cx/keyes/index.php/2005/10/03/48-depot-plf-ubuntu
You could join "the P.L.F ubuntu team" and support them. They want to make mirrors with all the nessesary package you want.
Join them here:
