  1. [ubuntu] Re: Compiled/installed gcc, how to change the terminal command for it?

How would I do #4? I managed to find it in /bin and delete it and it's working now, but it'd be nice to know how to have both versions installed in case I need it again in the future.
  2. [ubuntu] Compiled/installed gcc, how to change the terminal command for it?

  3. [ubuntu] Re: System resumes immediately from suspend and hibernate after hardware upgrade

    Fixed. Run:

    echo blacklist xhci_hcd | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf >/dev/null
    and reboot.

The issue was the USB3 module.

  10. [ubuntu] System resumes immediately from suspend and hibernate after hardware upgrade

I just upgraded from a Q6600 and XFX 680i LT SLI to a 2500k and Asus P8P67 PRO. Suspend and hibernate used to both work fine, but after the upgrade, either one resumes immediately after I start it.

  16. [ubuntu] System and Chrome crash on a regular basis

[Edit] The issue turned out to be a bad stick of RAM. I should have checked that first ;)
