I had the same problem with both ubuntu and kubuntu but didn't see this before trying to reinstall now I'm stuck.

I just got a reminder from PC world that my performance agrement was up for renewal, which basically covers repairs,etc.I'd forgotten about but then thought 'ring and ask about a dvd drive...

Ubuntu is my sole OS therefore I use it for everything including uni stuff so I guess general.

I've just done 'resolving' a couple of mine but the resolved didn't show up next to the title.

-streamtuner and xmms so I can listen to live365.com (this time it doesn't show up)

study more,go fishing more and finally learn how to down load files and make them work like easyununtu , mythtv and emusicj thingy for down loading music.If I can do this I can kiss xp...

Is there anywhere where we can get Avatars from.The only broswe button I can find is one for browsing my comp.

I've been using it for a few months and the way it works is just coming togeather and to tell the truth I prefer it to xp which I have on my other machine which may well have a little 'accident'.

I think this is a good idea but my lap top already runs ubuntu and I don't need another(just yet any way).The price is good as well.

The reason why I'm using Linux is because I want to ungrade to something more reliable than Windows XP.I still use Xp for the main reason that there is alot of things I still don't know how to do...
