I fixed it. So here's what I had to do.
I had to do a clean install of Windows 8.
Then in the BIOS I turned Secure Boot Off, but I left UEFI boot ON (AKA CSM Enabled option in the startup tab)...

I've been trying for days and days to get dual boot working on my Lenovo H535.
I know this is possible because I've done it in the past with Ubuntu 10
No matter what I try after installing...
