Update.
Finally I am able to connect to internet in ubuntu using Ndiswrapper.
I blacklisted rt2500usb and rt73usb drivers and used xp drivers in Ndiswrapper. Works fine but a not 100% as in windows.

Puppy linux 5.0 is just released.
