Yea I was in the wrong directory cause I went through the directions once before, so the command before was not running properly. However I changed to the right directory and it still did not work :(

I have the latest kernal installed but it is not running, how can i apply this? I think read somewhere this is because I chose to keep my old menu.lst upon upgrade
