Hi all, I'm getting this error (it pops up via my desktop) whenever my backups run:


"Your backup appears to be corrupted. You should delete the backup and try again."

They upload to Amazon...

Thank you for ccsm. What a horrific default. Ubuntu team needs to change that. If I want to maximize a window, I will hit the freaking maximize button. If I want to put it in the corner, I expect...

I still haven't gone back to 10.04 because I wasn't traveling and didn't need the audio. Now I'm back on the road being driven nuts again.

I think it might be pulseaudio, which has never been too...

What guide? Cierrics? I've done it and half of it doesn't work right for 10.10. It rocks for 10.04 though.

The music skipping thing is not unique to 10.10 - it happens on a ton of different...

Update: Ubuntu Maverick 10.10 on the UL30A is an absolute disaster. DO NOT UPGRADE.

1. Audio skips - doesn't matter what mp3 player I use or what I'm doing.

2. I can't disable the track pad...

The guides here are great. I had some issues with 10.04, so I went to 10.10 on my UL30A - I do NOT recommend you do this until there are better guides for it.

I can't get my touchpad to stay off...

I have this issue too and it drives me nuts. Thanks to this thread I now see that there are two config files (I was only changing the one in /etc)
